Here is a setup for a Cisco RV042 which is roughly the same setup as for the Cisco RV180. Note in the Local Setup area the first IP address you can see (in the last octet) that it is greyed out. This is the external IP address of this end. It is set by the modem and the WAN setup of the router and it cannot be changed.
